Suzy Lee

Managing Director

Suzy brings over two decades of experience in construction cost management, with a leadership style grounded in technical expertise and a forward-thinking, solutions-oriented approach to quantity surveying. Her comprehensive understanding of project delivery across a range of stakeholder environments enables her to contribute strategic insight and practical value at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Her diverse project portfolio includes education and institutional developments, commercial office buildings, specialist industrial and technology facilities, community and multi-residential housing, and recreational infrastructure. She has successfully delivered projects in value over $150 million.

Peter Watt

Peter established his practice, Peter Y.K. Watt Pty Ltd, in July 2007. In July 2025, he joined forces with Suzy Lee to form Wattle Construction Cost Consultants, bringing together a shared vision for excellence in cost advisory services.

A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), Peter brings over 17 years of experience in professional quantity surveying practice, complemented by more than 23 years in senior management roles across project management, construction management, consultancy, and development sectors.

Jessie Yi Kong

Jessie Kong brings over 35 years of comprehensive quantity surveying and estimating expertise across diverse construction sectors, spanning international and Australian markets. Her distinguished career encompasses senior leadership roles with major construction companies.

Her extensive experience includes senior positions with established construction firms including China Harbour Construction Corp, Hickory Group, and CRC Group, where she has consistently delivered accurate cost estimates and managed complex commercial negotiations.

Kenneth Barry Barlow

Ken Barlow brings 44 years of distinguished consulting expertise in quantity surveying and construction cost management, combining his extensive international experience with selective consulting engagements through WATTLE Construction Cost Consultants following his retirement as Director from RLB in 2010.

As founder and leader of the RLB Group's Middle East expansion, Ken established offices across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Muscat, and Riyadh, overseeing the delivery of cost management services on numerous multi-million-dollar developments including super high-rise towers, complete city developments, hospitals, museums, and hotels.
